Chairman of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan

He was born on April 1, 1980, in Almaty.

In 2001, he graduated from the Abylai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages with a degree in “International Documentation Specialist”;

in 2003, he completed his master’s degree at the same university with a degree in “Master of Regional Studies”.

In 2001–2002, he was a lecturer at the Department of International Tourism Management at the Kazakh State University of International Relations and World Languages.

From 2008 to 2011, he was an expert in the Department of Inter‑Parliamentary Relations and International Cooperation of the Office of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the acting Assistant to the Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2011 to 2013, he served as an attaché and third secretary at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the UN in Geneva.

From 2013 to 2019 — deputy head, head of the Secretariat of the Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2019–2021 — deputy head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From May 28, 2021, to January 11, 2022 — deputy Managing Director of the Affairs of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From January 11, 2022, to February 6, 2024, he served as the Manager of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From February 6, 2024, to May 5, 2026, he served as the Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He holds the diplomatic rank of Counselor of the 2nd class and has been awarded the Order “Kurmet” and the medal “Eren Eңbilei For”.
