Chairman of the National Assembly of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan

Born on December 19, 1987 in the Republic of Tajikistan, Tajik by nationality, higher education.
In 2008 he graduated from the Tajik National University with a degree in World Economy, in 2011 - the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in State and Municipal Administration, in 2014 - the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with a degree in Law.
In 2006-2009 worked as a chief specialist of the department of cooperation with the World Trade Organization of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
From April 2009, he worked as Acting Head of the Entrepreneurship Support Department at the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management, and in June 2009 he was appointed Head of this department.
In 2011-2012 worked as the Head of the Department for the Organization of Combating Customs Offenses of the Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
From 2012 to 2013 he worked as Deputy Head of the Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In 2013-2015 was the Head of the Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 16, 2015, he was appointed Director of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated January 12, 2017, he was appointed Acting Chairman, and from April 4, 2017 Chairman of the city of Dushanbe.
On March 27, 2020, he was elected a member of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
On April 17, 2020, he was elected Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
