Born April 16, 1985 in Yerevan.
2003–2005: served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
2009: graduated from the Department of Design and Technology of Electronic Computing Devices of the State Engineering University of Armenia (bachelor’s degree).
2011: obtained Master’s degree at the same department.
2010–2014: system engineer, National Instruments association.
2014–2017: regional director of the Alliance Partners Program (India, Russia and the CIS, Arab countries, Africa).
January–May 2018: founder and CEO of Araxis Engineering.
May–October 2018: first deputy Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia.
2018–2019: Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia.
2019–2021: Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia.
2008–2012: co-founder of the HIMA (“Now”) initiative.
2012: Chairman of HIMA NGO.
2014: member of the coordination group of the movement Against Mandatory Pension Payment and I Am Against initiative.
Since 2015: founding member of the Civil Contract party.
Since 2019: member of the Board of the Civil Contract party.
June 20, 2021: elected member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the Civil Contract party.
August 4, 2021: elected Vice President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
Married with three children.
