He was born on March 8, 1990, in Yerevan.
2012-2014 – service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia. In 2010, he graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at Yerevan State University.
In 2011, he completed his studies at University College London (UCL), obtaining a master’s degree in “Politics and Security”. In 2012, he graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Poland with a master’s degree in “European Studies”.
2017-2018 – research activities. May 2018 – January 2019 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
He is a founding member of the “Civil Contract” party. 2015-2017 – member of the Board, press secretary of the party.
2019–2021 – Member of the National Assembly (national electoral list of the “My Step” party bloc). Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Foreign Relations. Member of the “My Step” faction.
On June 20, 2021, he was elected a Member of the National Assembly under the national electoral list of the “Civil Contract” party.
On August 3, 2021, he was elected Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
He was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Armenia (2016), married, has one child.
