Kudrat Davlatzoda Praises the Inclusiveness, Security and Professionalism of Election Commissions at State Duma Elections
Kudrat Davlatzoda, deputy Chairman of the Committee on Economy and Communications of the Majlisi Milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and member of the CSTO PA international observer mission, praised the calm and productive atmosphere at the polling stations in Moscow.
"Monitoring the electoral process, we can confidently say that voting is taking place in an exceptionally calm and productive atmosphere, with no signs of any tension. At the great majority of polling stations we visited, the electoral infrastructure was developed extremely well. The legally established voting procedures were consistently followed at every key stage: from strict voter identification and the proper distribution of ballots to ensuring the secrecy of the vote. The coordinated work of election commission staff deserves special attention. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and thorough knowledge of election regulations. Commission members promptly responded to requests from both voters and observers," Kudrat Davlatzoda shared.
The MP also spoke of the high level of civic engagement at the polling stations.
"It is important to mention the inclusiveness of the voting: the organizers provided unimpeded access to the polling stations for people with special needs and senior citizens." Kudrat Davlatzoda said. The parliamentarian added that the polling stations are reliably protected.
