Priorities of Russia's CSTO Chairmanship in 2026 Discussed at Security Council Meeting
On November 21, Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, at the working meeting with permanent members of the Security Council, asked Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to report on the priorities of Russia's CSTO chairmanship in 2026 and on the strategy for combating neo-colonial practices.
Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the CSTO PA and Chairman of the State Duma, also took part in the meeting.
Priorities of Russia's chairmanship of the CSTO are to be presented on November 27 at the meeting of the Organization's Collective Security Council in Bishkek, and to be announced on December 8 at the meeting of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly Council in Moscow
