On February 11, Vyacheslav VOLODIN, Chairman of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly and Chairman of the State Duma, met with Stanislav ZAS, the CSTO Secretary General.

According to the press service of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, during the meeting the parties discussed the development of the CSTO and joint work within the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
According to the press service of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, CSTO Secretary General Stanislav ZAS expressed his gratitude for the great attention paid by the State Duma and personally its Chairman to the activities of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly and expressed readiness for the most active collaboration between the CSTO Secretariat and this institution.
Vyacheslav VOLODIN and Stanislav ZAS exchanged views on a number of issues, including the preparation of the draft Action Plan of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly on Approximation and Harmonization of National Legislation of the CSTO Member States for 2021–2025, compilation of the Unified List of Organizations Considered to be Terrorist by the CSTO Member States, preparations for the 75th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, legal status of a CSTO Observer and Partner and coordination of activities at international platforms.
