Putin and Lukashenko Discussed the Agenda of the Union State and Security
On June 26, Russian President Vladimir Putin met with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, who arrived in Russia on a working visit.
The heads of state held a tête-à-tête meeting at Vladimir Putin's residence in Valdai. They discussed regional security and economic and trade cooperation, according to Dmitry Peskov, the Russian leader's press secretary. Peskov stated that the agenda of the Union State was among the current issues.
