Today, 9 January, Stanislav Zas came into office as Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.

“I see my main task in fulfilling my responsibilities honestly and in good faith, guided exclusively by the interests of ensuring collective security, so that the CSTO can serve its Member States and their peoples even more effectively,” said the CSTO Secretary General​
