During the meeting, the Kazakh leader noted the steady and positive development dynamics of relations between Kazakhstan and Tajikistan in a wide range of areas, pointing out the importance of further deepening the strategic partnership.
The president of Kazakhstan emphasized the Treaty on Allied Relations signed last year, marking a new milestone in the multifaceted and efficient cooperation between Astana and Dushanbe.
“We highly appreciate friendly relations with Tajikistan, where unresolved issues do not exist. Kazakhstan harbors special feelings for the fraternal Tajik people. Our states have always supported each other,” Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized.

In turn, Sirojiddin Mukhriddin pointed out that over the years of sovereign development, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan have built mutually beneficial relations, which are steadily developing in the spirit of friendship and alliance in the interests of the peoples of the two states.
“Tajikistan cherishes close fraternal ties with Kazakhstan. Your state is the most important partner for us,” the Minister said.
