Vladimir Putin congratulated Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the states
“Moscow and Astana interact effectively within the Eurasian Economic Community, CSTO, CIS, SCO and other multilateral structures and make an important contribution to strengthening security and stability in the Central Asian and Caspian regions,” reads the congratulatory telegram sent by Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on October 22 on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the states.
The President of the Russian Federation said, “Over the past decades, Russian–Kazakh ties have reached the level of strategic partnership and alliance. A meaningful bilateral political dialogue and constructive cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, technical, humanitarian and other areas have been expanding.”
“I heartily wish you, dear Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich, sound health and success, and happiness and prosperity to all of Kazakhstan’s citizens,” the congratulation says.
