Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, has held a telephone conversation with Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, kremlin.ru website reports.
Vladimir Putin said that due to the cases of coronavirus infections in his entourage, he must self-isolate for a certain period of time.
Because of it, the President of the Russian Federation will remotely attend this week’s session of the CSTO Collective Security Council in Dushanbe, a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization heads of state and a joint meeting of the CSTO and SCO heads of state.
