On December 12, Russia celebrates an important public holiday – Constitution Day of the Russian Federation.
Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, congratulated his compatriots on the holiday.

The amendments to the Constitution, supported by Russian citizens five years ago, increased the social security system and reaffirmed the values that unite Russians.
