President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko Celebrates His Birthday
Today, on August 30, Aleksandr Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus and member of the CSTO Security Council, celebrates his birthday.
The Republic of Belarus is one of the most active and important Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. The country consistently advocates for stronger allied relations, mechanisms to ensure regional stability, and greater coordination among the Organization's Member States.
Under Aleksandr Lukashenko's leadership, Belarus regularly backs and implements key initiatives to boost the CSTO's military and political effectiveness.
Inter-parliamentary cooperation remains a key focus for Minsk, with particular attention paid to harmonizing national defence legislation and building a unified legal framework to counter modern challenges and threats.
On this day, Belarus's head of state receives numerous messages and calls from foreign leaders, heads of government and international organizations, including colleagues from the CSTO Collective Security Council.
The official messages traditionally highlight Aleksandr Lukashenko's significant contribution to advancing multilateral integration across Eurasia and sustaining political dialogue.
