Big Crowd at Polling Station in Belgrade: 150 People in Line and Thousands Already Voted
At the polling station № 8267 in Belgrade, based at the Russian school at the Embassy of Russian Federation in Serbia, there is a high turnout of voters eager to participate in the State Duma elections.
A big line has formed outside the building: more than 150 people are waiting to vote, and, as of now, several thousand have already cast their ballots.
CSTO PA observer Dušan Bajatović, MP of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and member of the Permanent Delegation to the CSTO PA, is monitoring the elections in Belgrade. He noted that the voting is well-organized and local authorities are playing a key role in maintaining order.
"I am at the polling station in the Russian school. There's a long line of voters outside the bulding: more than 150 people are waiting to vote. As of now, several thousand people in Belgrade have already cast their ballots. Everything is organized well, thanks to the efforts of Serbian authorities," Dušan Bajatović said.
Despite the high turnout, the voting process at the polling station is proceeding smoothly and efficiently.
