Today, March 19, CSTO PA international observers visited several polling stations in Astana and noted active participation of citizens.
“In the last two days we have seen how the voting was prepared. Everything was well organized. No violations were noticed,” said Dmitry Perminov, member of the Committee on Defence and Security of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
He added that Kazakhstan established an electoral system that meets universally recognized principles of democratic elections, insuring their fairness and transparency.
