SCO Secretary General reviewed the management system of the CSTO Troops (Collective Forces

Zhang Ming, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, visited the Joint Staff of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on November 15 to participate in the 10th informal meeting of the CSTO, CIS and SCO top administrative officials in Moscow. According to the CSTO website, Colonel General Anatoly Sidorov, Head of the CSTO Joint Staff, briefed Zhang Ming, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the SCO Secretariat officials accompanying him on the main areas of activities in the development of the collective security system, improvement of joint operational and combat training of the CSTO Troops (Collective Forces), joint training of military specialists and special forces.
The SCO delegation visited the CSTO conference hall with multimedia equipment for holding international-level events, a number of offices of the CSTO Joint Staff, and toured the historic exhibition in the lecture and exhibition hall located at the International Military Centre.
