Members of the Expert and Advisory Council of the CSTO PA Council discussed the issues of information security and the preparation of the Legislative Programme for 2021–2025.

The meeting of the Expert and Advisory Council to the Council of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly addressed 17 issues.

Members of the expert community discussed the progress on five draft model laws of the CSTO and eight draft recommendations.

The main emphasis was placed on the need to form a new CSTO Parliamentary Assembly Action Plan on Approximation and Harmonization of National Legislation of the CSTO Member States for 2021–2025, the search for common approaches in the state registration of new psychoactive substances, and the improvement of the national legislation of CSTO Member States concerning undesirable migration.

Considerable attention was paid to issues of information security and to countering cyber challenges and threats.
