Observers From the CSTO PA Laid Flowers at the Victory Monument in Bishkek

On November 29, observers from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO PA) laid flowers at the Victory Monument in Bishkek and paid tribute to the fallen in the Great Patriotic War.

The ceremony took place as part of the working trip to Kyrgyzstan to monitor the preparation and conduct of the early parliamentary elections.

Snezhanna Imasheva, coordinator of the observer mission, stressed the importance of preserving historical memory.

Members of the CSTO PA delegation also pointed out that the memory of the Great Victory remains a uniting factor for the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
