Nazarali Aripov Appointed Kyrgyzstan’s Ambassador to Tajikistan
Sadyr Japarov, President of the Kyrgyz Republic, has signed a decree appointing Nazarali Aripov as the country’s new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Tajikistan.
Nazarali Aripov has extensive experience in public service and previously served as Kyrgyzstan's Consul-General in Almaty.
The Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan are full members of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO), building inter-state dialogue on the principles of equality and mutual respect.
The appointment of the new diplomatic representative is aimed at maintaining productive bilateral cooperation, strengthening good-neighbourly relations, and ensuring stability in the Central Asian region.
