On August 18, former CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha spoke about the Organization's prospects and its extensive partnership network at a press conference in Moscow.
He pointed out that the CSTO attracts countries not only through cooperation in the military sphere, but also through joint efforts to counteract both new and traditional challenges faced by the peoples of Member States.
According to Bordyuzha, the Organization has many partners and actively cooperates with them. In particular, intelligence services of Iran, China, and Azerbaijan participated in joint operations.
Nikolai Bordyuzha expressed confidence that countries interested in collective work to ensure security and stability will continue to actively participate in the work of the CSTO.
