Nurlan Nigmatulin awarded the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of Kazakhstan to the CSTO PA

On the eve of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a number of Kazakh citizens were presented with state awards by a Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym‑Jomart Tokayev.
On December 13, 2021 by the Decree of the President of Kazakhstan a large group of citizens of Kazakhstan was presented with state awards “for significant contribution to the socioeconomic and cultural development of the country, strengthening friendship and cooperation between peoples and active social work.” Among the awardees is Viktor Rogalev, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and deputy Executive Secretary of the CSTO PA.
The state award – medal 30 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan – was presented to him by Nurlan Nigmatulin, a member of the Council of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As you may recall, Viktor Rogalev, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and deputy Executive Secretary of the CSTO PA, has been awarded the Order of Kurmet, the IPA CIS Order of the Commonwealth, medals and certificates of merit.
