On February 19, the CSTO Permanent Council finalized the draft Action Plan for implementing the decisions of the November (2025) session of the CSTO Collective Security Council and carrying out the Organization's priorities during the Russian Federation's chairmanship, according to the CSTO Secretariat's Telegram channel.
The Plan is to be submitted for approval to Vladimir Putin, Chairman of the CSTO Collective Security Council and President of the Russian Federation.
The document sets out the main areas of work for the CSTO Member States in 2026 and focuses on furthering cooperation on a wide range of security issues.
