Speaker of the Kyrgyz Parliament expressed condolences following the events in Kazan

Talant Mamytov, Toraga (Speaker) of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, expressed his condolences to Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and Valentina Matvienko, Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, in connection with the tragic death of Russian schoolchildren in a Kazan gymnasium. “It is with a feeling of deep shock and sorrow that we received the news of the tragic death of children as a result of a shooting at a school in the city of Kazan.
