On April 29, the presidents of Kazakhstan and Belarus had a telephone conversation.
According to the Akorda press service, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Alexander Lukashenko praised the current dynamics of bilateral relations in all key areas.
During the conversation, the heads of state exchanged views on the current international and regional agenda and compared their schedules for upcoming meetings. A significant outcome of the conversation was the official invitation for Alexander Lukashenko to visit the capital of Kazakhstan.
The Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (SEEC) is scheduled to be held in Astana in late May. and the Eurasian Economic Forum.
