Sadyr Japarov Congratulates Compatriots on the Constitution Day of Kyrgyzstan
Sadyr Japarov, President of the Kyrgyz Republic, congratulated Kyrgyz people on the Constitution Day.
In his congratulatory speech, he emphasized that May 5 is not just the anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution, but also an important day that reminds of the high morale of the people who have always stood for justice.
"The Constitution is not just a set of articles, but a fundamental document that reflects the views and mentality of our people and at the same time determines the future of the strong, thriving Kyrgyzstan. Inspired by our Constitution, we strive for new knowledge, advanced technologies and expertise, introducing new approaches in all areas, be it governance, economy or support for our citizens. It means that we are following a transparent, brave, just and worthy path," the President underlined.
As you may recall, the Constitution of Kyrgyzstan was adopted on May 5, 1993. Currently, the edition of May 5, 2021 is in force.
