Shabdanbek Alishev Appointed Kyrgyz Republic Plenipotentiary Representative to the CSTO PA

Shabdanbek Murzakulovich Alishev has been appointed to the position of plenipotentiary representative of the Jogorku Kenesh in the Parliamentary Assembly of the CSTO.

Shabdanbek Alishev has been heading the Executive Office of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for more than a year. During this time, he did a lot to strengthen international relations of the Executive Office of the Kyrgyz Parliament.

From 2006 to 2010, he worked in the Foreign Policy Department of the Executive Office of the President Kyrgyzstan. In 2011, he was appointed Adviser to the Chairman of the Jogorku Kenesh.

From 2011 to 2021, Shabdanbek Alishev held various positions in the Department of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Judicial and Legal Issues and Rules of Procedure of the Kyrgyz Parliament.

In 2022, he held the position of deputy Director of the Union of Local Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic.

From October 25, 2022 to November 20, 2023, Shabdanbek Alishev worked as Chief of Staff of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

By order of the Toraga of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic dated November 22, 2023, he was appointed Plenipotentiary Representative of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
