Ulan Primov: CSTO Exercises in Kyrgyzstan Were Held at the Highest Level
The military exercises of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, which took place in Kyrgyzstan, showed a high level of training of the CSTO Collective Forces. This was unanimously stated by the Organization's parliamentarians who monitored the exercises in Balykchy.
Ulan Primov, Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs, Defence, Security, and Migration of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, noted that the exercises demonstrated a high level of training and coordination of the Member States' forces, which is another important step towards strengthening security in the region.
“The exercises were held at the highest level. The interaction with all the Armed Forces of the CSTO Member States was carefully thought out, which made it possible to efficiently coordinate actions, exchange experience and practice joint tactics in different scenarios,” Ulan Primov emphasized.
He noted that the maneuvers included a wide range of tasks - from conducting an anti-terrorist operation to providing humanitarian aid.
“We see that the CSTO Member States are ready for joint actions and are able to efficiently respond to modern security challenges,” Ulan Primov shared.
The parliamentarian also added that such exercises contribute not only to improving combat readiness, but also to building trust among CSTO countries.
