Polling Stations Open in Kyrgyzstan in the Presence of Observers From the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly

On November 30, international observers from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization attended the opening of polling stations in Bishkek.

The polling stations monitored by the CSTO PA observers opened on time. 

"We are at the polling stations, everything is proceeding as scheduled, the stations opened at 8:00," said Snezhanna Imasheva, coordinator of international observers from the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly. 

During the day, the delegation members are to visit a number of polling station commissions in different regions of Bishkek to assess the organization of voting, the accessibility of polling stations for citizens and compliance with the procedures stated in the electoral law.
