On March 26, a formal awards ceremony for experts and partners of the Assembly was held at the headquarters of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in St. Petersburg. The ceremony took place as part of the meeting of the CSTO PA Council’s Expert Advisory Board.
Leading experts and representatives of partner organizations received highest honors for their active participation in the work of the CSTO PA and its bodies.
The Honorary Certificates were signed by Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly and Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The corresponding CSTO PA Resolutions were adopted on December 8, 2025.
The solemn award ceremony served as recognition of the expert community’s significant contribution to the development of the legal framework and strengthening of the collective security system of the CSTO Member States.
