Volgograd Will Host an International Forum in Honor of the 80th Anniversary of the Great Victory

In April 2025, under the auspices of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, the Union State's International Forum “Great Heritage – Common Future” will be held in Volgograd, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and Igor Sergeyenko, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, discussed the preparations for the Forum.

Up to 500 representatives of Belarus and Russia are expected to attend the event: deputies, senators, academic community, patriotic youth organizations. Parliamentary delegations of the CIS Member States and other friendly countries have been invited to the Forum as guests of honor.
