Vladimir Bespaly Appointed Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of Belarus to the CSTO
By decree of Aleksandr Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Bespaly has been appointed the new Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Belarus to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
Prior to his appointment to this post, Vladimir Bespaly served as Senior Advisor at the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation.
By another presidential decree, Aleksandr Grinevich, who previously represented the Belarusian side in the Organization, has been relieved of his duties as Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Belarus.
Vladimir Bespaly will soon continue working on strengthening multilateral cooperation between the CSTO Member States, as well as implementing priorities of Republic of Belarus in the area of ensuring regional and international collective security. Today, on May 6, he met with the Secretary General of the Organization, Taalatbek Masadykov.
