Volodin: USA could learn from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan how to hold elections

Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma, said that through the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly and the IPA CIS, State Duma deputies were in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan as observers of the recently held elections of the President of Kyrgyzstan and the Kazakh parliament.
“The United States of America could learn from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan,” said Vyacheslav Volodin, recalling that the United States still maintain an archaic election system that allows no international observers.
