Vyacheslav Volodin, CSTO PA Chairman, congratulated Nurlan Nigmatulin on the successful election of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the official website of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, congratulated Nurlan Nigmatulin on the successful elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan.
“Based on the assessment of the State Duma deputies who monitored the elections, it was open and competitive,” said Vyacheslav Volodin during the conversation.
On the same day, the Chairman of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly spoke on the phone with Talant Mamytov, Acting President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Toraga (Speaker) of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, congratulating him on successfully held presidential elections. “The observers who worked in Kyrgyzstan, including the representatives of the CSTO PA, noted the transparency and competitiveness of the elections,” said Vyacheslav Volodin.
