Chairman of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic

Born on March 14, 1976 in Mailuu-Suu, Jalal-Abad region.

Has higher education.

In 1993 he entered the Kyrgyz National University. J. Balasagyn, Faculty of Law.

In 2000, he began working as a prosecutor in the department for supervision over the execution of laws and the legality of legal acts of the prosecutor's office of Batken region.

In 2001-2002, he worked as a prosecutor in the department for supervision of the compliance of court decisions with laws in the prosecutor's office of the Jalal-Abad region.

In 2002-2004, he was a senior investigator at the Jalal-Abad City Prosecutor's Office.

In 2004-2005, he became an assistant prosecutor of the Chatkal district prosecutor's office.

In 2005-2006 - Department of Organizational Support and International Relations of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, prosecutor of the department.

From April to December 2006 - Deputy Prosecutor of the Issykatinsky district of the Chui region.

In 2006-2007 he was the Deputy Prosecutor of the Suzak district of the Jalal-Abad region.

From 2007 to 2009 he worked as a prosecutor of the Toguz-Toro district of the Jalal-Abad region.

In 2010, he was elected a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of the 5th convocation from the political party Ata-Jurt.

In 2015, he was elected as a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of the VI convocation from the political party Respublika-Ata Zhurt.

On November 4, 2020, he was elected to the post of Toraga of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2021, he was elected as a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of the VII convocation from the political party Yntymak.

On December 29, 2021, he was elected to the post of Toraga of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Married, father of four children.
