CSTO PA Executive Secretary Sergei POSPELOV took part in the Global Talk at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the development of the collective security system.

Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, as part of the Global Talk project, hosted a meeting between the faculty and Sergei POSPELOV, the Executive Secretary of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and Head of the CSTO PA Secretariat.

In his speech, Sergei POSPELOV gave a detailed account of the CSTO PA’s activities to coordinate the efforts of Member States to form and develop a collective security system and fight terrorism and corruption.

He highlighted the work of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly in developing draft legislative documents aimed at addressing the CSTO statutory tasks and harmonizing national legislations, and answered questions from the audience.
