SCO and CIS anti-terrorism structures agreed with the CSTO on positions in countering terrorism
Stanislav Zas, CSTO Secretary General, Yevgeny Sysoyev, CIS ATC Head, and Ruslan Mirzayev, SCO RATS Executive Committee Director, will hold a trilateral meeting at the CSTO Secretariat on February 16.
According to the press service of the CSTO Secretariat, the parties will discuss topical issues of cooperation in countering terrorism and extremism and strengthening cooperation between the working bodies of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Commonwealth of Independent States and the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
The meeting will be followed by the signing of a Joint Position of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Anti-Terrorist Centre of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on Combating Terrorism and Extremism.
