Belarusian Air Force and Air Defence Force will train at Russian training grounds
The first stage of the tactical exercise of the Belarusian Air Force and Air Defence Force held on the territory of Belarus has been completed, with their redeployment to the Ashuluk training ground in the Russian Federation being prepared for the next stage, the Belarusian Defence Ministry told Interfax on Thursday.
“The Belarusian military have completed all the assigned tasks on the territory of the country. The next stage is the redeployment of troops to the Ashuluk training ground in Russia. The practicing of military operations there is planned to continue from August 22 to 25. The redeployment to and from Russia will be organized by rail and air,” the Defence Ministry of the Republic of Belarus said in a statement.
