Russia–Kazakhstan Military Cooperation Treaty submitted for ratification to the Russian State Duma
According to the State Duma website, the President of the Russian Federation has submitted for ratification the Military Cooperation Treaty with the Republic of Kazakhstan to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
The document has been posted in the Legislative Activity Support System.
“The provisions of the Treaty establish an international legal framework regulating the implementation of military cooperation measures between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan and the forms of such implementation,” the document says.
The Military Cooperation Treaty between Russia and Kazakhstan was signed in the city of Nur-Sultan on October 16, 2020.
