CSTO PA expert awarded Badge of Honour for Services in International Analytical Work

Igor Kefeli, expert of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, received a prestigious award: a Badge of Honour for Services in International Analytical Work in accordance with the decision of the Coordinating Council of the Eurasian Information and Analytical Consortium (EIAC) of October 5, 2021.
The certificate was signed by Nikolai Bordyuzha, EIAC Chairman (CSTO Secretary General from 28.04.2003 to 31.12.2016).
Igor Kefeli is first Vice President of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems; director of the Centre for Geopolitical Expertise of the Northwestern Institute of Management of the RANEPA; expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences; deputy editor-in-chief of the international academic and analytical journal Evraziyskaya integratsiya: economika, parvo, politika (“Eurasian Integration: Economics, Law, Politics”), member of the Expert Advisory Board under the Council of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and member of the CSTO PA Legal Centre for Information and Analysis.
