Igor Gedich: the Russian electoral system is stable despite growing pressure on it

Igor Gedich, an observer from the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly during the elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and a member of the Standing Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Social Development of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, is convinced that the Russian electoral system is stable.
“The participants of the meeting with the representatives of the United Russia party said that the information attacks were continuing and intensifying. But the electoral system in the Russian Federation is stable. The things I have seen allow me to be sure of that. Work has been done on the programmatic level and in the information domain. Everyone knows what the collective West is trying to achieve. The choice of the Russian people is what matters most.”
