CSTO Model Law On the Protection of Information and Cyber Security is on the agenda of the CSTO Expert Advisory Board under the CSTO PA Council
Progress on the draft concept of the CSTO model law On the Protection of Critical Information Infrastructure Facilities and draft model law On the Protection of Information and Cyber Security will be considered at the session of the Expert Advisory Board under the Council of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly that will take place on March 17 at the Parliamentary Centre in St Petersburg, partially via videoconference.
The meeting agenda includes a total of eleven items.
Igor Borisov, member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation and Council Chairman of a Russian public organization Russian Public Institute of Election Law, will present the draft Recommendations on the Improvement of Legislation in the Area of Securing Electoral Processes and Sovereignty in the CSTO Member States.
A representative of the Russian Federal Security Service Research Centre will present a concept of the draft Recommendations on Criminalization of Attempts to Rehabilitate Nazism, Distort Historical Truth, Undermine Honour and Dignity of Military Veterans, Equate the Roles of the USSR and Germany in the Second World War or Belittle the Humanitarian Mission of the USSR During the Liberation of Europe. A member of the Research Centre No. 2 under the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs will report on the progress of the draft model Manual for the Competent Authorities of the CSTO Member States in the Area of Investigative Support of Collective Security.
