CSTO PA observers began their work in Kazakhstan with a meeting at the CEC

Representatives of the group of international observers from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization met at the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan to discuss preparations for the election to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Konstantin Petrov, deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, presented to CSTO PA international observers the work of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on preparation and conduct of the election of deputies to the Mazhilis of the Parliament and maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan and talked about specificities of the current election campaign, its stages and preparation for the voting day.

Dilshod Safarbek Rakhmon, representative of the CSTO PA international observers and Chairman of the Committee on Ensuring Constitutional Foundations, Human and Civil Rights and Freedoms and Legality of the Majlisi Milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, thanked the representatives of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the meeting and wished them successful election.
