CSTO PA Chairman congratulated Talant Mamytov on his election as the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic

Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, has congratulated Talant Mamytov on his election as the Toraga (Speaker) of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic. This was reported by the Press Service of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
Mr Volodin wished Talant Mamytov success in his future work.
According to 24.kg news agency, the decision on election of Talant Mamytov as the Toraga of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic was made on December 29 by voting at a Parliament session.
Eighty-seven deputies took part in the voting. Talant Mamytov received a majority of votes.
As you may recall, Talant Mamytov was elected Speaker of the VI convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh on November 4, 2020.
