Igor Sergeyenko: Mutual Respect and Support are the Main Principles of the CSTO
On June 3, Belarusian parliamentarians take part in the meeting of the Council of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in Almaty.
The Belarusian delegation is headed by Igor Sergeyenko, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
In his speech, the Speaker of the Belarusian Parliament emphasized that successful development is only possible in the context of lasting peace and international security. He noted that the activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in implementing the priorities of its chairmanship in the CSTO and the call to the world community to jointly promote the ideals and values of peaceful and harmonious development for the sake of the mankind as a whole are fully in line with the unification initiatives of the President of Belarus.
