Sessions of the Collective Security Council and the Council of Defence Ministers of the CSTO Member States will be held in the Republic of Belarus in November, reported Colonel Dmitry Ryabikhin, deputy Head of the Department of International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic.
“In November, the Republic of Belarus will host a joint session of the Council of Defence Ministers, Foreign Ministers and Secretaries of State Security. And there will be a regular session of the Collective Security Council under the leadership of our head of state,” said Mr Ryabikhin.
As you may recall, in 2023, the Collective Security Treaty Organization is chaired by the Republic of Belarus. Currently, the CSTO Collective Security Council is headed by Aleksandr Lukashenko, President of Belarus.
