CSTO peacekeeping forces’ exercise will take place in Kazan in November
The CSTO peacekeeping forces’ exercise Unbreakable Brotherhood 2021 is scheduled to take place in Kazan in November. The Russian Defence Ministry’s website reports that the exercise is planned to be held at the Kazan Higher Tank Command School’s training ground.
Today at the school, military delegations of the Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Russian Federation and Republic of Tajikistan began final staff talks on preparation for the joint exercise of the Collective Security Treaty Organization’s peacekeeping forces Unbreakable Brotherhood 2021. They will result in the approval of a plan of actions for the troops (forces) and the development of solutions for comprehensive support and compliance with measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection.
Kazan will host the peacekeeping forces’ joint exercise the Unbreakable Brotherhood 2021 for the first time, it will take place in accordance with the plan of joint training of command and formations of forces and assets of the CSTO collective security system. The exercise will be conducted in two phases and will conclude with a simulated encounter.
