Askhat Zharylkasynuly Nuskabai, plenipotentiary representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the IPA CIS, has passed away

On behalf of the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization we express our sincere condolences in connection with the untimely death of Askhat Zharylkasynuly Nuskabai, deputy Secretary General of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly and plenipotentiary representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the IPA CIS.
The wonderful man of subtlety, depth and wisdom has passed away at the age of 51.
He was a true diplomat who did much for the fostering of equal and mutually respectful relations in the Commonwealth of Independent States and the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly; a man whose opinions have always been clearly formulated, whose judgments have always been well-reasoned, precise and consistently constructive.
A man of great dignity, in any circumstances, he represented the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly with the same dignity.
Askhat Zharylkasynuly will forever remain in our hearts and minds.
