On March 16, Vyacheslav Volodin, Speaker of the State Duma, met with international observers of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly, who arrived in Russia to monitor the Russian presidential election.
Earlier, Mr. Volodin sent invitations to representatives of international parliamentary organizations and deputies of national parliaments of friendly countries to participate as observers at the Russian presidential election.
