Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic, congratulated his compatriots on the holiday.

All this is possible due to the hard work and solidarity of our people," said the leader of Kazakhstan.
The Law on Independence and State Sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan was adopted on December 16, 1991.
This year Kazakhstan celebrates the 33rd anniversary of its independence.
